Assalammualaikum...

If you have been following my blog from the beginning, you may realize my interest in reading.. Yes.. I love reading.. My preference would be chick-lit but it depends on my mood, my vocab yada yada :) Kinokuniya and MPH used to be a shop that I must visit if I hit the mall.. Those were the days when I need to really put aside some money to buy 1 book per month. Hence I'd spent more hours in the bookstore reading the summary for each book just to ensure I pick the right book and suit my liking... Otherwise I won't read.. But thanks to #BigBadWolfBooks now I can buy books to my heart content ! HAHAHAH

So let's take a look at my #BBWstash from 2012 until recently...

2012's stash

My #BBWstash in 2012. It was my 1st time. Tak banyak. Pergi pun hari-hari terakhir which the choice is limited... Tak habis round rasanya sebab penat sorang-sorang... So basically I just bought book that catch my eyes.. Up until today ada yang tak habis baca sebab bukan my cup of tea..


Aku hadiahkan kak monday buku ni sebab tak masuk jiwa aku cerita nya.. Eceh

Dah lama nak beli buku ni tapi tangguh sebab rasa tak berbaloi harga dengan helaian mukasurat. Cheapskate mode on. HAHAHAH



2013' stash

Yeahhh my 1st haul... Best dapt beli buku my fav author jane green ~!


2nd time visit BBW2012... Hanya 2 buku je belum baca 40 Love & Womenomics ( beli sebab ikut org.. So not me.. Bukan pilihan hati.. sudahnya baca sehelai dua dah simpan. LOL)



The downside buying books based on author without reads the summary. End up buying 2 books (hardcover & paperback). Tamak sangat kau ni Nadia ! HAHAHAH
Aku pun hadiahkan kepada kak tuesday...

This one among 4/5 books I catch during BBW aftermath sales.. I read half. Best tapi sebab biography aku slow sikit nak habiskan.. Bawak pergi DPA bajet ada masa nak baca.,,, Cehhh



2014's stash

My recent books haul !! yeahhhhhhhh... Pardon me.. I really have no self control when it comes to book with a good bargain !!! Heaven sebab aku pergi a day ealier ( I got the preview pass. woohooo )
I was so close to buy Khaled Hosseini's -The mountain echoes (2 months back) but I restrained myself.. Thank God I didn't buy it earlier. This one hardcover RM10 je !!! And of course aku add to cart any Jodi Picoult's book that I saw that day...  Mitch Albom pun wajib beli... Memang dah start kumpul... Aku boleh habis baca within a day buku dia... Best !!
Disebabkan buku Jodi mostly depressing/sad/ so I must find chick-lit novel untuk rasa ringan sikit otak... Faham tak apa yang aku nak sampaikan ni? HEHEHHE... That's explain kenapa aku beli novel  unknown author tu. Harap-harap boleh masuk dengan jiwa aku... Hiks ;p

currently reading... I love this one so much !!! Sian hero ku si gemok kena paksa jadi prop. Hiks;p

 I know, I definitely have more than a year's worth of reading here to add on to the two years worth of reading I already have.. Yes I horde books and take time to read it..

I love #BigBadWolfBooks !! Mana tau tahun depan pergi boleh beli buku untuk kids pulak... Heeee Aminnnn

Rasulullah is my Doctor, Bacalah !

 Assalammualaikum..

Alhamdulillah... dah hari ke-7 kita berpuasa..

Just nak share.. Hari tu dapat Ramadhan Gift dari agensi. Actually memang tiap-tiap tahun this agency akan bagi Ramadhan Gift which sangat best. Macam last year dapat Ensiklopedia Solat.. A year before that buku pasal solat juga tapi tak ingat tajuk, telekung, sejadah n kain pelikat...

This year pulak dapat  buku Rasulullah is my Doctor, telekung for travel, Kurma Ajwa dan kain pelikat.. Alhamdulillah...

 

Ia buku yang bagus. Aku tengah belajar untuk mengamalkan hidup yang sihat dengan mengamalkan perubatan yang jelas dinyatakan dalam Al-Quran serta sunnah nabi. Yang utama aku boleh lakukan sendiri, Insya-Allah.

 

So now mostly tiap malam before tidur aku selak lah buku Rasulullah is my Doctor ni... 

Of course lah cari tips yang sesuai untuk diaplikasi waktu Ramadhan ni. hiks. Uols mesti boleh agak tips apa kan...

So yeah last week gigih la mencari Lemon & Madu untuk diaplikasikan... Semoga usaha ni berjaya lah hendaknya. Aminnn...

Kat sini aku share sikit ye pasal kebaikan Madu, Lemon & Kayu manis.. nak lebih pergi beli buku tu. Its very informative n practical.... 

Madu dan Jus Lemon

Madu membantu dalam mengurangkan berat badan apabila diminum bersama air suam dan jus lemon.

Resipi : campurkan 2 sudu besar madu dengan segelas Jus Lemon ( jus lemon dibuat sama ada diperah buahnya sehingga airnya keluar ataupun dikisarkan bersama isinya dan dicampurkan madu selepas siap dikisar).

1 – Diminum pada waktu pagi setiap hari. – amalkan sekurang-kurangnya 4 bulan , untuk keputusan lebih baik , 6-8 bulan.  Apabila sudah mencapai berat badan yang disukai , tidak perlu berhenti, boleh diteruskan pengambilan. Ianya akan mengekalkan berat badan pada tahap sihat. (tidak gemuk , tidak pula terlalu kurus)

Madu dan Kayu manis 

 Resipi lain yang berguna adalah serbuk kayu manis bersama madu dan air suam.

Resipi : 1 sudu serbuk kayu manis + 1 sudu madu + 1 cawan kecil air suam , gaulkan biar ianya menjadi sekata.

Minum pada waktu
1 – perut sedang kosong , awal pagi
2 – sejam sebelum makan
3 – malam sekitar sejam sebelum tidur

Jika minum secara tetap , ianya tidak akan membenarkan lemak untuk berkumpul dalam badan walaupun individu tersebut mengambil makanan yang tinggi kalori.

The gift

salam...

Currently i'm reading the gift written by Cecelia ahern. Have I told you that Cecelia is one of my favorite author? Yes she is. It simply because she never fails to deliver inspiring and touching novels, and The Gift is no exception! The gift is actually the 7th novel from cecelia that I bought ;))  Here is the synopsis.

This is a story about people who, not unlike parcels, hide secrets. They cover themselves in layers until the right person unwraps them and discovers what’s inside. Sometimes you have to be unravelled in order to find out who you really are.

I love the last quote on the last page ; Time can't be given. But it can be shared! -- nice one huh?

This novel was beautifully written I must say. Will try to finish it ASAP as I have one more book to read later; eat.pray.love

nota kaki : the reason why only now I bought this because one of my bestie promised me to buy this book as a gift on my birthday (last year). but she gave me ketika cinta bertasbih vol 1 instead. it was due to the price which quite pricey at that point of time. but it dosen't matter which novel she gave me cause I really appreciate it!

mini shopaholic

The Shopaholic series is my favourite. series. ever. and I couldn’t wait to find out what the title would be for the next shopaholic series never mind the synopsis or cover. The next Shopaholic title is MINI SHOPAHOLIC and is already out! Am more than happy yet have to wait for the price drop 1st. Besides am currently reading The book of Tomorrow by cecelia Ahern. Words cannot describe how much I love Sophie Kinsella/Shopaholic series/Becky Bloomwood. I just hope Sophie doesn’t break Becky and Luke up otherwise I’ll be after her with a very sharp object.

The synopsis is also finally up and here you go – get your heads around this:

Becky Brandon (nee Bloomwood) thought motherhood would be a breeze – but it’s trickier than she thought. Two-year-old Minnie is a little tearaway who has created havoc everywhere from Harrods to Harvey Nicks to her own christening. My Thoughts

Dah lama nak buat review ni.. tapi sebab nad sayang nak baca buku ni so lambat la habis.. baru last week habis baca... apa yang nad dapat simpulkan buku ni memang best! sangat touching... cuma ade la yang tak faham especially medical term.. but that's not the problem.. this book betul-betul buat nad terfikir jika nad berada dalam situasi tersebut... ending nye sangat touching.. nad dah nak nangis tapi masa tu baru balik keje dalam LRT. so malu la pulak nanti orang tengok. hehe... the ending is unpredictable!! its heartwrenching tho.. the ending is different between the film and the book itself.. tak sabar nak tengok movie version pulak...
If you are new to Jodi Picoult's writing, My Sister's Keeper is a good place to start. It is a page turner that you won't to put down, but it also an emotional roller coaster. Don't read if you don't like to cry.

salam..

guys... u all da tgk lom movie twilight ni?? huhu.. ptg td i g tgk dis movie wit my girlfriends.. huhu.. best!! series.. xcaya u all g tgk okey.. xsangka ade vampire yg hensem n cute mcm tu. haha.. i like!! then after watched it my fwen wants to buy the book [yeah.. movie ni dr buku sbnrnye. the author is stephenie meyer]. we went to borders which happen to be next to the cinema.. heee.. actually b4 dis slalu nmpk buku ni kt bookstores but im not really into dis kind of book unless i know the author.. so i xbeli la.. but since i've watched the movie, i wanted to have the book as well la.. in the end i bought the book! yeah.. typical me... *sigh* yeah.. im very impulsive! then bile nk byr suddenly the cashier asked me. the conversation was like this :-


cashier: have u watch the movie
me: yeah
cashier: do u have the ticket?
me: yup.. [call my fwen, asking where is the ticket]
another cashier: how was the movie?
me: great! i love it!! [i fall in love with the vampire... lalalalla~~]
cashier: here is ur book only for RM21++ after 15% disc
me: wow!! thanks :)

owh.. rupenye ade promotion la.. see.. how lucky i am.. buy the book juz after watch the movie
hehee.. since im still in the mood of twilight so once i reach home tewus i bace.. smpai trtdo2 taw... ekekek ;p but im so excited to read it!!

ooppppsss there are a few things which makes me happy today. b4 we went to TS watch twilight, we went to park royal hotel [FJ benjamin warehouse sales]. this is my 2nd time. last year pon i pegi gak.. hoho.. luckily we all g awal, by that time xrmai sgt.. i manage to grab 1 handbag from GUESS, a pair of GUESS jeans & t-shirt from GAP. i nk beli heel frm GUESS but my size xde la.. uhuk sedey jek :( really good bargain i tell u! sape2 yg shopaholic tu mmg sesuwai pegi taw.. tomorrow is the last day. i heard they will mark down the price by 20%. woowww!! mcm nk pegi lg jek. hehe ;p

owh bukan la i kedekut orgnye tp, rase nye membazir la kalo beli masa harga tgh mahal but then a few months later, the price will drop. so baik tnggu mase price da turun kan? sbb mmg confirm price akan turun until RM35++. i biase beli buku i know la. huhu. ini namenye financial planning. hahah ;)

then when i passed by malay books section tetibe teringat, ema suwuh belikan buku ayat-ayat cinta utk die.. so i beli la...



n now i tgh bace ayat-ayat cinta.. best buku ni.. best dr filem taw. rase cm xnk jual kt ema laks.

price of these two bestseller books will reduce up to rm35.90, but i have to wait la.

rmai org tnye bile mase ko bace buku ni? tau je la i ni kan career woman. wah gitu! haha. i read all these books while im in the train. ye la. everyday naik lrt pegi keje. so dr berdiri smbil xwat ape2 baik lah kite membace kan? membaca kan amalan yg mulia. hehe ;)
so far every mth i manage to grab at least one book. depends la. n for this mth i havnt grab any yet as i still have one book to finish.
